Quick Introductions

Now that we don't have the auction to obsess over it seems like a good time to make an actual introduction.

My name's Edward. I've been playing FF for 4 years now, and commissioning a dynasty league for the past 2. I wasn't all that into football at all until my friend asked me to fill a spot in his league. Fortunately, I immediately found a lot of similarities to the RPG's I grew up playing, and got hooked within a few weeks. FF is now one of my favorite hobbies. A friend and I are actually starting our own platform for hosting leagues that lets you apply spell effects to matchups (e.g., knock an opponent's player out of the game, give one of your RB's triple points on TD's) to really evolve the RPG crossover aspect. It's taken a ton of time and energy but like they say, if you do what you love you never feel like you're working.

In the meantime, I'm a Cincinnati (WHO DEY!) transplant working in Boston as a psychologist and enjoying having a much more successful "home" team. If you propose a deal to me and it doesn't work out in your favor, just know that it was actually me who wanted the deal and used my psych mind-fuckery skills to make you *think* you were the one who came up with it, Inception-style.
